Job summary

Primrose School of Concordville is seeking a fun, energetic, and detail-oriented preschool teacher to join our school family. You will adapt lessons to the interests and learning styles of children and build positive relationships with children and parents.

You will manage classroom activities, track progress, and help children reach developmental milestones, with a Monday–Friday shift from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• One year experience working in a Preschool Classroom.
• Participate in staff and training meetings

Responsibilities

• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents
• Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks and meals
• Track children’s progress and report to parents
• Help children reach developmental milestones
• Plan and implement activities that develop self-esteem and social skills.
• Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.
