Your Mission: As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll be the spark that ignites a love of learning in young children! You’ll create and lead interactive, hands-on educational experiences that keep kids excited and engaged. What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field).
• Gateways Level 5 or PEL Licensure.
• Previous experience working with preschoolers in a classroom setting.
• A deep understanding of Early Childhood Development, and a passion for guiding little ones through their first learning milestones.
• Creativity and energy to bring an exciting curriculum and lesson plans to life in fun, hands-on ways!
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
• The ability to create a positive, inclusive classroom where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
• Knowledge and experience with early intervention is a plus!
