Job summary

The Learning Experience - Nocatee in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children. You will implement the LEAP curriculum and foster curiosity and growth.

This full-time role offers paid time off, professional development, tuition reimbursement, and competitive compensation. Hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with opportunities for career growth and meaningful family engagement.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field; or high school diploma/GED with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the proprietary LEAP curriculum using engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to foster a dynamic play-and-learn culture.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children's adventures and progress.

As a Preschool Teacher, you will:

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun!
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

Do You:

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
• Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?
• Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)?
