Job summary

HHCDC is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to join our caring team in Omaha. This full-time role focuses on creating a welcoming classroom, planning age-appropriate curriculum, and building strong relationships with children and families.

You'll support development across social, emotional, cognitive, and physical domains, ensure safety and wellbeing, and collaborate with fellow teachers to deliver engaging, quality early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Lead: ECE experience with CDA/associates or higher degree preferred.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
