Job summary

Otter Learning OH LLC in West Chester, OH is seeking Early Childhood Teachers to join our daycare team. Work Monday through Friday with a pay rate of $15-$16 per hour as you support children's development through a play-based curriculum.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of licensed childcare experience, with a passion for early childhood education and family communication through our management system.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age (per Ohio requirements).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in a licensed early childhood, daycare, or childcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities supporting children's intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development.
• Prepare children for kindergarten through our early childhood education curriculum.
• Support daily childcare routines including feeding, changing, and nap time.
• Maintain open communication with parents through our Classroom Management system.
• Assist Lead Teachers and facility leadership with preschool classroom management.
