Fully licensed candidates are eligible for a $3,000 hiring bonus—$1,000 paid on your first paycheck and an additional $2,000 after successfully completing 3 months of employment.

Guided by the Education Specialist, you will implement an early childhood education program that aligns with developmental, linguistic, and cultural norms. Your role will focus on meeting the unique and comprehensive requirements of preschool aged children while fostering close collaboration with parents and families, ensuring their active participation in their child's educational journey. This position works 9 months a year.

Experience: Early childhood education: 2 years (Preferred).
Time: Starts beginning of August 2026
Education: Associate of Applied Science (AAS) or Associate of Arts (AA) in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Required).
Skills: Current CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler’s permit required within six months of employment. Must be able to work with children with special needs and children with limited or no English. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
