The Learning Experience - Mason, OH is seeking a caring Preschool Teacher to join our team. We look for energetic, dependable individuals who love working with children and want to make a difference every day.

At TLE, we create a positive environment where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn, play, and grow; you will help implement our LEAP curriculum through play and hands-on learning while maintaining a clean classroom and partnering with families.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children.
• Caring, dependable, positive, and team-oriented.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and FUN classroom environment.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for working with children

• High school diploma or GED required
• 6+ months of professional childcare/teaching experience required
• One year or more of experience preferred
• Associate degree in ECE or related field preferred
• Must meet applicable state childcare licensing requirements
