Job summary

Future Stars Academy in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Toddler/Preschool Teacher for a 9am–6pm schedule, Monday to Friday. The role can be full- or part-time and requires 12 ECE units, center-based classroom experience, and familiarity with Title 22 licensing.

You will monitor and nurture children, create engaging activities, document progress, and collaborate with teammates to maintain a warm, inviting classroom environment. Great attitude and energy are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rapport with children and parents.
• Create fun and educational activities/curriculum.

• Manage day-to-day classroom activities (lessons, play, meals, rest).
• Diapering/potty training/feeding as needed.

Future Stars Academy is an established Infant Center/ Preschool. Our Los Angeles Mid-city location is seeking a FULL or PART-TIME experienced Teacher to work from approximately 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. Candidates SHOULD have 12 ECE units. Should have center based experience in the classroom. Must be familiar with Title 22 Licensing protocols. Willing to assist the right candidate in completing their ECE units. Teachers are responsible for monitoring and caregiving for children in our Toddler/ Preschool program. We are looking for candidates with outgoing personalities, great communication skills, tons of energy, and a great attitude. Our Center has very low staff turnover, and we're looking for a great addition to the team!

Job Duties

• Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents
• Create activities/ curriculum that are fun and educational for the children
• Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child
• Deliver reports on potential concerns about students as to management as needed
• Manage day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, lunch time and rest time for students
• Diapering/ potty training/ feeding as needed
• Following Licensing/ Title 22 regulations

Compensation negotiable based on units & classroom teaching experience.
