Job summary

PKS Christian Learning Site 2 is seeking an experienced daycare teacher to support children's intellectual, emotional, and physical growth. You will foster a nurturing environment, plan developmentally appropriate activities, and maintain daily routines to promote milestones.

You will regularly communicate with parents about their child’s activities and progress, ensuring a collaborative approach to each child’s development.

Qualifications

• Experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider.
• Associates in ECE or CDA or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Patient, kind and nurturing.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• First aid/CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate.
• Design a daily and weekly schedule.
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities.
• Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones.
