Job summary

Primrose School of Garden Oaks is hiring a Preschool Teacher to nurture and educate young children in a warm, supportive classroom. You’ll build trusted relationships with families and use our exclusive Balanced Learning curriculum delivered through a digital platform to create joyful learning experiences.

This role offers standard Monday–Friday shifts, no nights or weekends, competitive pay and benefits, and opportunities for growth with an on-site leadership team and caring franchise owners.

Qualifications

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children

• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
