Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a Preschool Teacher to foster a safe, nurturing classroom where children learn through play and exploration. You will implement the LEAP curriculum and partner with families to support each child's growth.

Ideal candidates will have teaching experience and an ECE-related degree, with a passion for early childhood development and a flexible, student-first mindset. This role emphasizes collaboration with a supportive franchise team and active parent communication.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience is preferred, or at least six months is required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field is preferred, or a high school diploma/GED is required.
• Demonstrated passion for teaching and caring for children.

Responsibilities

As a Preschool Teacher, you will:

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
