Royal Montessori Academy in Wisconsin is seeking passionate Preschool Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year to join our Montessori community.

As a Preschool Teacher, you will guide multi-age classrooms, foster independence, curiosity, and confidence, and build partnerships with families. We offer a competitive salary based on education and experience and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Wisconsin Lead Teacher qualifications or ability to obtain.
• Experience with young children in an early childhood setting.
• Montessori credential or experience preferred, or willingness to learn through mentorship and development.
• Passion for child-centered education, collaboration, and ongoing professional growth.
