Job summary

The Learning Experience in Fairfax, VA is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. You’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment while embracing a Monday–Friday schedule and no nights or weekends.

You’ll implement LEAP Curriculum, foster family communication, and support children's confidence and essential school readiness skills in a caring, energetic setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of professional teaching experience (1+ year preferred).
• CDA, Associate, or higher degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; High school diploma/GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP).
• Must meet state licensing requirements.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends

Pay: $16.00–$21.00 per hour (based on education and experience)
