Job summary

Primrose School of Devon in Pennsylvania seeks a Fun, Energetic, Detail Oriented Preschool Teacher to create a nurturing classroom environment and implement engaging lesson plans. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for educating young children.

The position offers a competitive salary from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour based on experience and education. Join us Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and make a difference in the lives of little learners!

Qualifications

• One year experience working in a Preschool Classroom.
• Commit to continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children.
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth.

Daily Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth
• One year experience working in a Preschool Classroom.
• Participate in staff and training meetings.
• Commit to continuing education.

• 2-year degree in early childhood or related field preferred

Salary Range: $18.00 - $24.00 an hour based on experience and education.

The ONLY shift available is Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
