Job summary

The Learning Experience – Avon, CT is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our new classroom. You will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children learn through play using the L.E.A.P curriculum.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with competitive hourly pay of $19.00–$21.00, and benefits such as health and dental insurance, PTO, and professional development opportunities. Join us to help children grow academically and emotionally.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred; High school diploma/GED required.
• Ability to build relationships with families and colleagues.

As a Preschool Teacher, you will:

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun!
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

Do You:

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
• Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?
