Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Preschool Teacher to nurture curiosity and build foundational skills in young learners. You’ll design engaging, play-based lessons that promote early literacy, independence, and collaboration, while partnering with families and fellow teachers in a warm, inclusive classroom.

The ideal candidate has a CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education, is at least 18, and has experience in a licensed childcare setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center.

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a creative and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators! Our preschool program provides a balance of learning and play, helping children build the academic and social skills that prepare them for Pre-K and beyond.

As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll inspire curiosity, nurture confidence, and create meaningful learning experiences that make every day exciting and purposeful for young learners.
