Overview

Hill Country Fellowship Christian Academy (HCFCA) is a faith-based preschool where children are loved, nurtured, and taught the foundational skills they need for kindergarten—academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Our goal is to help students grow in the love of Jesus while learning in a structured and caring environment.

Location: Burnet, TX. Job Type: Full-Time. Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:15 AM to 5:30 PM. This is a full-time position with schedules that fit within these operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, safe, and Christ-centered classroom environment.


• Care for and supervise children in your assigned class.


• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons.


• Practice effective classroom management and guidance techniques.


• Follow Texas Minimum Standards for Child Care Centers.


• Maintain a positive and encouraging attitude every day.


• Partner with fellow teachers and staff to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications
