Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CDA certification preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with young children in licensed childcare or preschool.
• State-required pre-service training completed.

Responsibilities

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Foster a love of learning through creative teaching methods.
• Observe children's development and adjust activities accordingly.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain open communication with parents/guardians and conduct conferences.
