Stratford School, part of Spring Education Group, is seeking a Preschool Substitute Teacher to support classrooms as needed in California. The role involves implementing lesson plans, connecting with young learners, and helping classrooms run smoothly on busy days.

This on-call position offers hourly pay and a flexible schedule. Applicants should have 12-semester or 18-quarter ECE units and ideally a bachelor’s degree in early childhood development, plus strong communication and interpersonal

What We Are Looking For

• 12-semester or 18-quarter completed early childhood education units. The units shall include courses that cover the general areas of early child development, child, family, and community, and program/curriculum or a bachelor’s degree in early child development
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior teaching experience with young students is preferred
