Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, or nanny) is preferred.
• Interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development is a plus.
• Coaches must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• New Coaches can work 5-15 hours per week, starting pay is $25/hour.
• Promotion to supervising coach increases pay to $45/hour.
• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success.
• Use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun.
• Encourage children with positive reinforcement.
• Attend regular trainings and follow coaching manual.
