Job summary

Clarifi Staffing Solutions in Carbonado, WA, is partnering with a Washington school district to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a temporary maternity leave assignment running September through December. This opportunity centers on a preschool caseload of about 45 students and suits an SLP who enjoys early childhood education.

You will provide individualized speech-language therapy services, conduct evaluations, and develop treatment plans aligned with educational goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license and ESA certification, or eligibility to obtain both before start of employment.
• School-based experience preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply.
• Background screenings completed, authorized to work in the United States, and available to provide on-site services (not remote).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized speech-language therapy to preschool students.
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with educational goals.
• Maintain progress notes and evaluation reports; complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff; participate in IEP meetings; contribute recommendations for student communication and academic success.
