Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• CDA credential with 6 months childcare experience, or an equivalent credential and experience.
• TCC, TCD, or associate/bachelor's degree with childcare experience as specified.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to maintain required clearances and Georgia regulations.

• Ensure compliance with Georgia licensing regulations and company standards.

B.A./B.S. in Early Childhood Education or Child Development with 6 months childcare experience
