Magical Beginnings Learning Centers in Middleton, MA is urgently hiring a Certified Preschool Teacher (EEC Certified) for our preschool and daycare. You will create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support social-emotional growth and kindergarten readiness while partnering with families.

We offer a structured, inclusive classroom, competitive pay of $18–$24 per hour, full-time hours 7:30 am–5:30 pm, and benefits including paid time off and insurance.

Qualifications

• Certification for EEC Preschool Teacher or equivalent (CDA or related).
• Full-time availability for an 8-hour shift between 7:30 am–5:30 pm.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool setting.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong time management, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your co-teacher to prepare curriculum and materials.
• Create age-appropriate, play-based activities supporting social-emotional development and early literacy.

Magical Beginnings Learning Centers is urgently hiring a Certified Preschool Teacher (EEC Certified) for our preschool and daycare in Middleton, MA (16 River Street). If you're an experienced preschool teacher, pre-K teacher, toddler teacher, or early childhood educator who loves the 2.9–5 year age group, we'd love to meet you.

Some requirements for this role include:

• EEC Preschool Teacher certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience required (Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care)
• Full-time availability for an 8-hour shift within our center's operating hours of 7:30 am–5:30 pm, including opening or closing shifts
• Minimum of one year of experience in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting (center-based, private, or public school)
• Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with children, stand for up to 90% of the workday, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong time management, communication, and collaboration skills

As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for:
