Job summary

Tutor Time Childcare in Matthews, NC is hiring Assistant Teachers who are passionate about caring for children and partnering with families. You will support a dynamic classroom, follow licensing guidelines, and help create a fun, safe learning environment where children thrive.

You will receive extensive training, opportunities for tuition reimbursement, and a pathway through our Master Teacher Program as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must meet state and/or accreditation education and experience requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to care for every child and maintain a clean, organized classroom.
• Observe, assess and plan for children and effectively communicate with families.
