Qualifications

• Experience in preschool administration, school operations, or a related leadership role.
• Knowledge of licensing, compliance, operational, and educational standards in early childhood settings.
• Must meet or be able to meet applicable Nevada director certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the school.
• Assist with staff onboarding, scheduling, and training.
• Maintain compliance with licensing requirements and school policies.
• Prepare for inspections and operational follow-up.
