Per completed, approved report, English $140–$165 and bilingual $175–$200; payments processed within 15 business days of report approval, with no chasing invoices. Fully flexible scheduling and a dedicated coordinator support evaluators. Growth path to W2 for those expanding their roles.

Qualifications

• NYS certification as a Special Education Teacher (Birth–Grade 2 or Students with Disabilities) or credentialed educational evaluator.
• Current professional liability insurance appropriate for your discipline and scope of practice
• NYSED fingerprint clearance (we will guide you through the process if not yet cleared)
• Ability to submit completed evaluation reports within 7 business days of evaluation date
• Willingness to follow Red Door report templates and formatting standards

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations as part of the Multidisciplinary Evaluation (MDE) process for preschool-aged children referred through the Nassau CPSE.
• Submit completed evaluation reports within the stated timelines and adhere to provided templates and formatting standards
