Qualifications

• Valid Michigan teaching certificate and EC endorsement (ZA/ZS or Birth-K/PK-3).
• Experience with preschool-aged children.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assess, and instruct four-year-olds in the PreK for All program.
• Lead classroom using the Highscope curriculum.
• Maintain daily routines and punctual attendance.
• Conduct two home visits and two parent–teacher conferences annually.
• Mentor and collaborate with the Associate Teacher.
• Maintain accurate student records for grants and licensing.
• Collaborate with the Early Childhood Specialist to ensure quality programming.
• Engage families and foster an inclusive classroom environment.
