Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CDA preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with young children in licensed setting.
• State-required pre-service training completed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and implement age-appropriate lesson plans using Wonder of Learning curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain open, effective communication with families about child progress.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Observe and document children's learning to inform activities.
• Support Assistants and Resource Teachers to foster collaboration.
• Model positive guidance for social-emotional growth.
