Qualifications

• Ability to maintain structured, nurturing classroom with consistent routines.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Build positive, professional relationships with children and families.
• Recognize and respond to diverse developmental and learning needs, including IEPs and behavioral plans.
• Plan, implement, and document developmentally appropriate curriculum.

• Maintain a safe, well-supervised classroom following the Safety and Supervision Manual.
• Accurately document accidents and incidents per policy and licensing.
• Follow all Cadence policies and participate in trainings and meetings.
