Job summary

Cadence Education is seeking a Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. You will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum, lead classroom operations, and support children including those with IEPs.

Under the direction of the School Director, you will ensure safety, collaborate with families, and uphold licensing requirements while participating in trainings and professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum state licensing requirements for Lead Teachers in a licensed childcare center.
• Ability to obtain background clearances and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment where every child is treated with dignity and care.
• Build positive relationships with children and families and communicate regularly.
• Plan, implement, and document developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Cadence programs.
• Maintain safety and supervision per Cadence policies and licensing.
