The Malvern School of Richboro is seeking a Lead Teacher for the Preschool classroom. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday and provides the opportunity to design creative curricula within our progressive early childhood program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with ECE/related field.
• 30 credit hours in ECE/related field and 1 year experience with children.
• Associate degree with ECE/related field and 2 years experience with children.
• Associate degree with 30 credit hours in ECE/related field and 3 years experience with children.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and implement a superior Early Childhood Educational program in accordance with school policies and The Malvern School philosophy.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
• Communicate regularly with parents, in person and through technology, meeting or exceeding parent expectations.
