You will lead daily activities, plan age-appropriate lessons, monitor progress with families, maintain a nurturing classroom, and ensure safety and cleanliness while collaborating with fellow teachers and school leadership.

Qualifications

• Meet Illinois DCFS Lead Teacher qualifications.
• Minimum 60 college credit hours, including at least 6 Early Childhood Education (ECE) credits.
• Ability to pass background screening requirements
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for early childhood education.

Position

Job Summary

• Bilingual abilities are a plus
