Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 ECE credits required; credits verifiable in MERIT or supported by transcripts.
• Experience working with preschool children ages 3–5.
• Strong communication and classroom-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured and unstructured activities supporting social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschoolers.
• Supervise and engage children in creative play and group learning.
• Support daily routines, transitions, snack time, and hygiene tasks.
• Build positive relationships with children and families; communicate professionally with families, staff, and children.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements; provide occasional coverage at other sites to maintain ratios.
