Qualifications

• Associate’s in ECE/IECE is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional experiences for preschool children to support comprehensive development.
• Engage children with diverse learning experiences and activities.
• Complete required annual training and professional development hours.
• Promote English language learners' progress in their primary language and English.
• Ensure each child’s interest drives curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and healthy classroom environment with appropriate teacher-child ratios.
• Communicate progress with parents, staff, and partners regarding screening and assessments.
• Timely and accurate documentation and recordkeeping as required by regulations.
• Foster a collaborative climate among staff to support learning.
• Other duties as assigned.
