Job summary

Mini Hops Gymnastics is seeking caring, energetic instructors to coach preschoolers in the after-school and weekend programs. You will help children ages 5 and under develop through gymnastics, dance, and performing arts in a positive, family-friendly setting.

Strong love for children and a growth mindset are essential. Prior gymnastics experience is not required, as we provide training. Wages range with experience, and we offer benefits for staff working 4+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience working with preschoolers (training provided)
• Willingness to learn early childhood development
• Positive, family-friendly attitude and growth mindset
• Thrive in a positive environment and exhibit high professional standards

Responsibilities

• Coach preschoolers during after-school hours and Saturdays.
• Teach gymnastics and related activities while promoting life lessons.
• Create a loving, safe and supportive class environment.
• Maintain flexible schedule to cover evenings and weekend sessions.
