You'll follow structured lesson plans, emphasize positive reinforcement, and communicate with parents to support each child's growth. This part-time role offers flexible evening shifts and a supportive coaching team. Shifts run from 3:00PM to 7:30PM.

The Preschool Instructor is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our youngest athletes. This role introduces foundational gymnastics and movement skills through age-appropriate activities, creative & fun lesson plans, and positive reinforcement. Preschool Instructors focus on building confidence, coordination, listening skills, and a love for movement while maintaining strong communication with parents and supporting each child’s individual growth and development. This position is part time with shifts available ranging between the times of 3:00PM-7:30PM
