Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Experience with early childhood education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a nurturing, safe, and respectful environment for children.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum.
• Observe and assess children’s development.
• Implement behavior management strategies.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and classrooms remain organized.

• Integrate faith into the curriculum where appropriate.
• Prepare engaging lessons and maintain classroom displays.
