Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Collegeville, PA is seeking a Part-Time Preschool Floater Teacher Assistant to join our early childhood education team. You will create a safe, engaging classroom where preschoolers explore and build independence.

As a floater, you will support co-teachers, implement activities, and communicate with families to ensure a nurturing learning environment. The role emphasizes energy, compassion, and a passion for helping children develop daily.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• A High School diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
• Authorization to work in the United States
