Job summary

Atlantic City Public Schools is seeking a coordinator to plan, coordinate and implement the District's Preschool Parent Involvement Plan, including home visits and the Strengthening Families Factor Program for staff and families.

You will participate in district-wide parent involvement activities and serve on the Atlantic City Early Childhood Advisory Council, collaborating to support children and families. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or 60+ credits in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Three to five years' experience in delivering social services or educational programs preferred.
• Criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident status required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement the Preschool Parent Involvement Plan for the district.
• Implement the Strengthening Families Factor Program for staff and families.
• Conduct home visits and participate in district-wide parent involvement activities.
• Engage with the Atlantic City Early Childhood Advisory Council.
