Job summary

Amazing Athletes in Trinity, Florida is seeking a Preschool & Elementary Sports Coach to inspire children aged 2 to 12 through our multi-sport enrichment program. You will run age-appropriate classes, promote teamwork, sportsmanship and healthy habits, and follow our curriculum while maintaining a safe, fun learning environment with a flexible schedule.

Starting pay is $20 per hour with opportunities to advance to $25–$35 per hour based on performance, scheduling availability, and longer-term

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a sports or educational setting.
• A passion for teaching and promoting physical activity.
• Ability to lead and engage children in a positive manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work during 9am-12pm and/or 1:30pm-5:30pm at least three days per week.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and age-appropriate sports classes for preschool and elementary school children.
• Teach fundamental sports skills and promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive character traits.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and create a stress-free learning environment.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
• Follow the curriculum and guidelines provided by Amazing Athletes.
