Job summary

The Learning Experience in Wisconsin is seeking a Preschool Center Director with daycare or preschool experience to lead our center with a passion for children and staff. You will drive program quality, safety, and community engagement while upholding licensing standards.

As a Center Director you will recruit and develop a talented team, oversee curriculum implementation, and actively promote enrollment growth through family tours and local events.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of center leadership/management experience.
• State Administrative or Director credential required.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with passion for making a positive impact on children and staff.
• Ensure center health and safety SOPs meet licensing standards and regulations.
• Build and maintain a highly qualified staff through sourcing, training, coaching, and engagement.
• Guide teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum and engaging learning experiences.
• Drive enrollment and manage accounts receivable/payable, P&L, and payroll.
• Engage families through in-person and virtual tours and organize community events.
