In this role you’ll work with the lead teacher to provide a nurturing environment, support social and emotional development, and foster positive family relations. Our team emphasizes growth and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associates or BA in ECE or related field preferred.
• Shows empathy and compassion for young children.
• Dependable and adaptable; enjoys teamwork.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. for child handling and safety.

• Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.
• Supporting each child’s social and emotional development.
