Centennial Montessori is seeking a full-time Preschool assistant to support children aged 2.5–6 in a year-round program. Hours are 7:30AM–5:30PM; this position runs 8:15AM–4:45PM as a salaried role. The staff environment is supportive, with community events and professional development opportunities.

Pay depends on education and experience. We offer paid time off, health insurance, and 30 scheduled closures to promote work-life balance, along with staff outings and catered lunches to connect

• Ability to effectively interact and relate to children in a developmentally appropriate manner.
• Willingness to adjust the program & curriculum to meet individual needs.
• Motivation to learn and grow in Early Childhood Education.
