Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a caring Twos Teacher to guide toddlers through discovery and language development in a play-based program. You’ll nurture curiosity, support social skills, and help children build a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll maintain consistent routines, communicate with families daily, and partner with co-teachers and school leaders to foster a supportive classroom culture with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of experience working in childcare required.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and passion for helping children learn through play and exploration.
• Authorization to work in the United States

Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Twos Teacher to join our early childhood education team! Our twos program is all about discovery, independence, and building the foundation for a lifetime love of learning.

As a Twos Teacher, you’ll guide curious little learners through hands-on experiences that encourage exploration, language development, and social growth — all within a nurturing, safe, and fun classroom environment.
