Job summary

The Learning Experience - Blue Ash is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will create a safe, nurturing learning environment for preschool children and nurture their growth across academic and emotional development.

Responsibilities include implementing the L.E.A.P curriculum, building strong relationships with families and colleagues, and maintaining open communication with parents through various channels.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our characters, making learning fun.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, and communicate with parents via mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress via apps and discussions.
