Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to help run a safe, engaging childcare center in Las Vegas and support the School Director in delivering the company’s safety vision. You will lead staff, ensure compliance with state licensing, and promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children while delivering quality service to families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
• Foster an educational, caring, safe environment for the children and parents.
