Marin Primary & Middle School is seeking a Preschool Aftercare Coordinator to oversee the aftercare program, working 20 hours per week, 2:00–6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The role partners with the Director of Auxiliary Programs to provide a safe, engaging environment for preschool students.
You will supervise activities, support positive behavior, manage dismissals, and communicate with staff and families. Availability afternoons and a professional demeanor are essential.

The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate and support the daily operations of the Preschool Aftercare Program, ensuring a high-quality experience for students and families. The Preschool Afterschool Coordinator works in partnership with the Director of Auxiliary Programs to implement program goals, maintain best-practice standards, support staff and student needs, and foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that promotes student growth and well-being.
