U-Haul in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Facility Housekeeper to help keep storage units, hallways and restrooms clean and inviting. This part-time role requires reliable, organized team members who can perform cleaning duties with care and consistency.

You will handle sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, minor maintenance, trash disposal, and inventory tracking for supplies, with opportunities for advancement and access to on-the-job training.

Facility Housekeeper Responsibilities:

• Provide sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping for storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevator, etc.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on storage units and other customer access areas on the property
• Dispose of trash
• Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Facility Housekeeper Minimum Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing, or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.

Physical Demands:

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50lbs assisted or unassisted.
