Qualifications

• 18+ months retail Team Member experience with 6+ months supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical requirements.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains creative store layout and product merchandising.
• Achieves sales, purchasing, and labor targets with Team Leader.
• Analyzes sales, reports and labor with Team Leader.
• Demonstrates advanced product knowledge and keeps aware of new products.
• Maintains vendor relationships and ensures paperwork for vendor processing.
• Leads in Team Leader absence and resolves team concerns.
• Sets high standards of retail execution and customer service.
• Encourages teamwork and morale; communicates company goals.
• Directs team member flows to satisfy and delight customers.
• Trains and mentors Team Members; conducts performance evaluations.
