Job summary

Sam's Club in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Prepared Foods Associate to help prepare fresh items and rotisserie chicken, wrap, label, and store merchandise to keep products at peak quality for members.

You will work with team members to ensure shelves are clean, temperatures are controlled, and dates are checked, while helping customers with bakery orders and maintaining a welcoming, efficient sales floor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Experience with fresh foods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: keep up-to-date on prepared foods specs, help educate other associates, and communicate with team.
• Be an Expert: prepare items per specs, plan production, ensure food safety and sanitation.
• Be a Techie: use handheld devices to drive decisions on production and quality.
• Be an Owner: stock and rotate items, maintain date control, and assist customers per policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: deliver high-quality service and products and show energy and commitment.
